We use all Personal Information only for providing services to our members.
By applying for membership, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Our Membership Application requires that you provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, address, phone numbers, and e-mail address (“Personal Information”).
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters about Fellowship events, announcements, and other material related to the purpose of the Fellowship.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
That said, our membership application process requires a signed hard copy of your application for legal reasons. Electronic applications (even if digitally signed) CANNOT be used to apply for membership. This also limits the electronic leakage of your Personal Information.
Your Personal Information as a member of the Fellowship is stored on a secure server that is not accessible from the internet. Access to this database is strictly controlled such that a minimal number of Elders can access it.
In addition, we keep multiple backups of the data – none of which are internet accessible. As such, your Personal Information is secured to standards beyond what is regarded as “commercially acceptable.”
Finally, your Personal Information has never and will never be transmitted, shared, or otherwise conveyed to any third party for any reason. The Personal Information we collect is strictly used to organize Fellowship members and activities and for the general functioning of the Fellowship of the Cosmic Mind.
Should you decide to leave the Fellowship, you may request deletion of your Personal Data. The Fellowship complies with all data deletion and privacy rights laws internationally.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1, 2019 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Membership Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued membership after we post any modifications to the Membership Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Membership Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the contact info you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
